Maria@BestBoxLunches.com 3 medium eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts 2 tablespoons Bourbon 1 ready-made frozen pie crust Beat eggs in butter. Add flour & sugar and mix. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts and Bourbon. Pour mixture into an unbaked frozen pie shell and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, or until set. EZ Thanksgiving Options: Substitute 1 tsp of vanilla for Bourbon or, 1 cup chopped pecans for walnuts. |
